What is HRCarbon
Simply put, HR stands for Human Resources (people) and Carbon stands for GHG emissions associated with these people. HRCarbon’s mission is to drive sustainability via behaviour change within an organization.

Who we are
HRCarbon was founded over 4 years ago and is based in Toronto, Canada with offices in U.S.A and in the U.K. We work with local and global partners (for profit, not-for-profit, academic and government agencies) and have extensive international experience in North America, Europe and Africa.

Our team members have many decades of experience as management consultants and are experts in corporate carbon management (Carbon Footprint/Quantification) and sustainability arena in numerous industries. HRCarbon Consultants are CSA Certified GHG Quantifiers

What we do
HRCarbon brings significant credentials and experience in sustainable Enterprise Carbon Management with an emphasis on human resources, process management and technology. Our core competence is to measure, analyze, report and integrate corporate sustainability.

HRCarbon’s unique “Sustainability Maturity Gradient” and “Sustainability Management and Reporting Framework” address the needs of organizations to consolidate and align the internal management and reporting of sustainability initiatives to those KPIs demanded by external stakeholders.
