The Multi-Year Emissions Tracking, Base Year and Recalculation component describes the process of how an organization establishes a benchmark, the Base Year, for a current and future profile in GHG emissions reporting. This component also looks at how and why the organization recalculates it Base Year emissions and over time due to mergers, acquisitions and divestment.
